Thirty-five years of delivering babies! And we can claim more on-site services than most Quad City prenatal providers. We offer the following services to our patients to meet both medical and non-medical needs:
Physicians and Midwives
for the best comprehensive care.
Flexible scheduling
- 10 weeks: appointment for medical and pregnancy history.
- 12-14 weeks: first complete exam (heartbeat can usually be heard at this appointment. After this exam, we will see you every 4 weeks until 30 weeks, then every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, then every week until birth at approximately 40 weeks. High risk patients or those with special concerns will be seen as often as necessary.
- 20 weeks: screening ultrasound (may or may not be able to suggest baby's sex)
Testing
screening for diabetes, birth defects, hypertension, Group B strep, Rh factor, anemia, rubella
Non Stress Testing
to monitor fetal well-being, as needed.
On-site Ultrasound
State-of-the-art 4-D ultrasound technology provides the best opportunity for excellent health screening images. This service is not intended for sex determination of a baby.
On-site Childbirth Classes
are free and held every Monday from 5-6pm. Check out our "Childbirth Classes" page on this site.
On-site W.I.C. Clinic
for program sign-up and professional nutritional consultation. Check out our "W.I.C." page on this site.
High Risk Prenatal Care
with referrals to the University of Iowa Hospitals for consultation.
Social Service Needs
